How is this art specifically seen in the community?
This mural has been very well known for years now in the Bel Air area. Marshall Adams had painted this amazing mural years back and it is now still very popular. This mural represents the historic downtown Bel Air compared to modern day Bel Air and is very interesting. I love being able to drive by and see the beautiful art.
How do you think the art has made meaning in the community?
I think this art has made meaning because fellow community members love where they are from and this is a great mural of downtown Bel Air. Especially to community members who have been around to see the changes in Bel Air, I think they appreciate the art that represents the historical portion from what the town used to be compared to modern day. It is a beautiful way to show appreciation to the town and community.
