How is this art specifically seen in the community?
This art can be seen while walking up York Road to uptown Towson. It is located on the side of the public library.
How do you think the art has made meaning in the community?
This building used to be blank and bare. This new paint job has brought life and color the the uptown Towson area. It has made Towson look more upscale and fun.
